Experience: | I have been a practicing trial attorney since July, 1971, and have first chaired 86 jury trials in my career. My practice has been extremely diverse in that I have handled personal injury, business litigation, employment cases, probate matters, civil rights, products liability, FELA, and even a maritime law case. And, half the time I've been on the Plaintiff's side and the other half on the defense. |
