On-Line Payments for Criminal Debt
The U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas now has the capability to accept on-line payments for Special Assessment, Fine and Restitution up to a maximum of $1,000 per transaction. Payments may be made through the U.S. Treasury website, Pay.Gov, using a bank account (ACH) or plastic card (credit, debit, prepaid card).
Defendants have the option to make a single payment, or create a Pay.gov account to securely store their information for use in making future payments.
Before You Begin
You will need your unique District of Kansas Criminal Case Number, including the final three digits which identify you specifically as the Payor if there are more than one defendant in your case.

If you will be making more than one payment, please enter your name exactly the same for each payment to assist with accurate processing.
