| Experience: | I have practiced in the Kansas City area for 38 years. My practice has included litigation and personal injury litigation. I began my career handling complex business litigation and serious injury cases on the defense side. I now handle tort cases on behalf of plaintiffs while continuing to handle business litigation matters. Mediation is now a frequent and growing part of my practice. I regularly speak at continuing education seminars on a variety of trial-related topics. I have been a faculty member for several years at the ABA/TIPS and ABOTA National Trial Academy held annually. |
