ADR Experience
Experience: During the past five years, I have had substantial experience in the realm of alternative dispute resolution. Specifically, I have mediated more than 30 different cases as counsel for a party, including individual business and employment matter, as well as complex, multi-party business disputes, class actions and collective action. Additionally during the past five years, I have been the lead of co-lead attorney on more that 15 individual arbitration cases. In addition to my experience as a practitioner, I have started expanding my practice as a provider of alternative dispute resolution services, including as a mediator and arbitrator. In 2018, I took Mediation Training for Civil Cases with the University of Missouri and became a member of the American Arbitration Association's National Panel of Arbitrators. I am on the list of approved mediators for the United States District Court of the Western District of Missouri and have been a volunteer mediator with the Seventh Judicial Court in Clay County, Missouri since 2018. Additionally, I serve as an arbitrator on the AAA's Employment Panel of Arbitrators, and also serve as an arbitrator for FINRA and the Better Business Bureau.

Legal Experience
Experience: During the past five years, my legal experience has primarily been as a litigator in federal court, state court, and arbitrations, although I have started expanding my alternative dispute resolution practice. I started my career at Spencer Fane in the business litigation section where I primarily defended businesses in commercial disputes, including business torts, property disputes, contract claims and insurance issues. I also worked on class actions, employment and educational matters. In 2005, I joined Steuve Siegel Hanson LLP where I practiced until 2012. At Stueve Siegel Hanson, I continued to represent businesses, however, my practice expanded to more plaintiffs' cases, including on behalf of individuals and businesses. Additionally, I began handling more class and collective actions, including serving in the co-lead counsel role in the MDL styled, In re Bank of America Employment Practices Litigation, MDL No. 2138. In 2012, I founded the Crimmins Law Firm. Since opening my own practice, I have continued to represent both business and individuals, including corporate executives, professionals and hourly workers. These cases include matters relating to business disputes, non-compete/restrictive covenant agreements, trade secrets, consumer fraud, shareholder disputes, product liability, as well as employment matters. Over the past five years, I have had substantial opportunities to represent business executives, and professionals (e.g., doctors) in contract negotiations (e.g., separation agreements) with their former, current and prospective employers. I have also had the opportunity to co-author, the Missouri Chapter of Wage and Hour Laws, A State-By-State Survey published by Bloomberg BNA and the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law. I also will occasionally speak at CLEs on employment law matters. In my efforts to provide ADR services, I am an Arbitrator with the AAA, BBB and FINRA. I have conducted two arbitration hearings (as the arbitrator), and currently have other open arbitration matters where I am serving as the arbitrator.

Fee Structure
Rate: My hourly rate for mediations in $375 an hour. I am also willing to negotiate a daily flat-rate with parties.
