As part of the district-wide conversion to eVoucher, counsel providing representation under the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) may submit an interim CJA 20 paper voucher for payment of fees and reimbursement of allowable expenses, in any case that is pending prior to August 1, 2014. Said voucher may be submitted without the necessity of filing a Motion for an Order Allowing Interim Payments. Any interim paper voucher must be submitted on or before November 1, 2014. Beginning on November 1, 2014, all remaining time and expenses in any case that was open on August 1, 2014, must be submitted through eVoucher; counsel will be responsible for entering any outstanding time and expense entries into the eVoucher system.

The submission of an interim voucher is not required but is intended to assist the Court and counsel in the efficient conversion to eVoucher.
