Naturalization Ceremony

There will be two (2) ceremonies. The reporting times for candidates will be listed on the N-445 Notices of Naturalization Oath Ceremony from USCIS and is prior to the ceremony start time. These are group ceremonies, not individualized, therefor there will be no order of admission to the courthouse.

Check-in: 6th Floor (Enter via the main door on State Street, go through security, and take elevator to the 6th floor where check in will be with USCIS)

Access to the courthouse will strictly adhere to the specified time indicated on the N-445 Notice issued by USCIS. Entry will NOT be permitted prior to the time listed on the N-445 Notice. No exceptions.

Individuals seeking citizenship are required to comply with the directives outlined in the N-445 Notice. It is imperative to adhere to these instructions. For any queries regarding participation in the ceremony, candidates MUST contact the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services directly. The District Court does not ascertain eligibility for the ceremony and is unable to provide assistance on eligibility-related inquiries.

During the Naturalization Ceremonies, cameras and cell phones are permitted; however, it is mandatory to set all devices to silent mode. Valid identification is mandatory for candidates AND guests to gain entry into the building. Additionally, a YouTube link will be accessible during the ceremonies as well as for later viewing purposes.

While guests are encouraged to attend, we kindly request limiting the number of guests to ensure adequate space for all attendees. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
